How to apply
for vendor space:
Before downloading a contract please read the following:
1. View and download a contract from our website.
2. Print out the contract.
3. Fill out the contract, LEGIBLY. (If the contract cannot be read and/or
we cannot read who is filling out the contract, it will not be approved.)
4. Send or fax the completed contract along with the 50% deposit to our office.

5. You should receive a reply, by email, within 14 days of the approval or
denial of your contract. (If email is not available, you will be notified
by phone, fax or U.S. mail)
6. A Contract must be filled out and signed for EACH show. Only one Terms
& Conditions and one Financial Contract needs to be filled out and signed
for the year.

We encourage you to apply if you are interested in attending
these shows. We occasionally have cancellations and the only way we add vendors
