How to apply for vendor space:
Before downloading a contract please read the following:


1. View and download a contract from our website.
2. Print out the contract.
3. Fill out the contract, LEGIBLY. (If the contract cannot be read and/or we cannot read who is filling out the contract, it will not be approved.)
4. Send or fax the completed contract along with the 50% deposit to our office.

5. You should receive a reply, by email, within 14 days of the approval or denial of your contract. (If email is not available, you will be notified by phone, fax or U.S. mail)
6. A Contract must be filled out and signed for EACH show. Only one Terms & Conditions and one Financial Contract needs to be filled out and signed for the year.
