Is there an admission fee?
Yes, we charge a $3.00 admission at all locations except Lansing, MI, where
there is a parking fee of $4.00 per car under the Lansing Center.
May I attend if I am not
a business and don't have a tax ID?
Yes, everyone is welcome.
Do your vendors sell wholesale?
Yes, most vendors do sell wholesale and each sets their own wholesale policy.
You MUST have a copy of your sales and use tax certificate for each vendor
you buy from, for their records.
Why do I have to give a
copy to each vendor? I buy wholesale from other shows and they write down
my number or don't even ask.
They are not following federal tax laws. We do - no exceptions.
Where is the show - how
do I get there?
Please go to "Show Schedule" and click on the show location you are interested
in attending. Under the location address, there is a link to a Yahoo! map.
If you will click on the link, a map will come up and you may click on the
link "TO Here", type in your address and get detailed directions from your
front door. Our home office is in TN, so we are not familiar with back roads
and short cuts, only what we also find online.
The information in a magazine
is different than on your website - which is correct?
Sometimes there are circumstances beyond our control and we have to change
details of our show. Magazine information has to be submitted two to three
months before the issue is published, so occasionally there is a discrepancy.
The information on our website is the latest, most up to date, so please check
here.
Do you offer classes?
We try to partner with local bead societies at our different show locations.
When they are able to teach, we post pictures, class descriptions, and contact
information on our website.
I don't receive postcards
from you and I would like to be on your mailing list. How do I sign up?

Do you have discount passes?
No, but many of our vendors do send postcards with $1.00 off coupons to their
customers. If you see your favorite vendor on the show list, let them know
you'd like to be on their mailing list.
I've lost the contact information
of a vendor I that I would like to buy more from. May I get that information
from you?
Yes, just click the Vendors link on our homepage and it will take you to a
list of our current vendors and their contact info.
Are children allowed?
Yes, we welcome children who are under the constant supervision of a responsible
adult.
Are pets allowed?
Only service animals are admitted.
